About Disruptive Pharma
Disruptive Pharma is a Swedish pharmaceutical technology company developing Formulite® a patented and clinically evaluated bioavailability platform designed to improve the performance of oral drug products.
Formulite®is based on mesoporous magnesium carbonate (MMC) and stabilizes poorly soluble drug compounds in an amorphous state. The platform addresses challenges related to poor solubility, limited oral bioavailability and manufacturability in oral formulation development.
We partner with biotech and pharmaceutical companies through tailored feasibility and development programs, applying our technology to challenging compounds from early screening through formulation development and scale-up.
